Shipping & Refund Policy
Shipping costs are based on multiple factors including the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. Therefore, a total invoice amount (including actual shipping and sales tax) is not available until after the order is processed. A final invoice will be emailed to you at the time of shipment.
Orders placed before 3:00 pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed immediately. Otherwise, they will be processed the next business day. Depending on the selected carrier, shipping within the Continental United States usually takes 3 business days.

All sales are final and all charges from those sales are nonrefundable.
If there is an error on our part related to your order, please contact us by phone at (502) 587-1951 and we will replace or refund the applicable parts of the order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except if you were sent an incorrect or damaged product.
